Description:
SD1090B selects high quality bentonite as raw material, through making slurry, activation, stripping, superfine purification and chemical modification, it becomes highly pure, high brightness, ultra dispersion and high thickness bentonite inorganic gel.
The granularity is small, and it distributes equally after disperses in water. It has good colloid properties, and perfect thixotropic properties, it’s widely used in paint, coating, cleansers, pesticide, ceramic and so on.
Product features:
1. high purity, the content of heave metal is in conformity with requirements, it’s fine and soft, with excellent dispersion properties, it doesn’t need to add polar activator, the granularity is small, i it distributes equally after disperses in water.
2. Perfect thixotropic properties, high shear, low viscosity, low shear, high viscosity. When thixotropic index is over 5.0, the viscidity (25℃,2.5%) can reach over 2500 mpa.s
3. The outstanding stability of pH, it can increase the thickness between the pH of 4-13;
4. Good colloid properties, the colloid rate is 500ml/15g,it will be bleeding.
5. It has good chemical stability and the thermo stability, it will not go bad after long store
6. It can be synergetic with organic thickeners well, mix with CMC, xanthan, it can get betterthickening and rheological properties.
